FAQ-How this works!
What is a Fine Art Giclee?
Custom hand painted digital Giclee portraits are a rapidly emerging Fine Art Style. I will turn your ordinary photo into a beautiful 1-of- a-kind hand painted digital water color or oil. No filters are ever used, each brush stroke is hand painted to yield remarkable detail and color and then applied to museum quality canvas gallery wrap using archival inks if the premium print option is selected. Celebrate your pet by allowing Paw Paints to turn your photo into a work of art you will cherish forever. Fine Art Giclee Gallery Wraps use museum quality canvas and come ready to hang on your wall, or if you prefer they can be framed. This process uses archival ink which is designed to resist fading and weathering so that it will endure for many years to come. Archival inks are composed of a unique chemical composition which ensure they do not fade away, turn brown or even disappear altogether like normal printing processes or even some paints. The neutral to alkaline pH of these special inks results in their non-interaction with our acidic environment giving them longevity not found in other mediums.

In order to maintain affordable prices, I do retain the right to sell prints or other merchandise reproductions of the artwork, but you will own the only giclee canvas original. I retain full copyright on all my work. Artwork and images may not be used or reproduced without my written permission. If you have purchased a painting, I will maintain a back up digital file and if any time in the future you wish to purchase custom products (ornaments, cards, etc) you are eligible for those products.
Addtional pets, custom backgrounds, and additions/deletions (collars, leashes, change colors, etc) or detail work specifically specified by the customer may result in an additional fee up to 35%. If there are any requests concerning your painting which will result in charges which are in addition to the ones quoted on pawpaints.net website, you will be notified by email before I begin painting. If you are not in agreement to the additional charges, alternatives to your request can be discussed or your money will be refunded.
If you wish to cancel your commission, please notify me as soon as possible. There will be a cancellation fee to cover shopping cart refund fees, administration, emails, prelims, etc. If I have already started your portrait, there will be a charge for the time spent working on your commission.
